Pyramidal Yoga

(Yogasutra, Samādhi-pāda). Patanjali Rishi emphasized that a healthy body is essential for a focused mind. The postures or aasanas, we practice today serve as a foundation for a synchronization of the body and mind, preparing the body and mind to find peace amidst the chaos of thoughts. Yoga is consistency in the right activity leading to perfection within and without. To guide participants on this transformative journey, fostering physical strength, emotional balance and inner peace, the Pyramidal Yoga classes were inaugurated by H. H. Sri Jayendra Puri Mahaswamiji, followed by an inspiring discourse at the end of the session.
